De verruca seborrhoica of verruca senilis (ouderdomswrat) is een goedaardige huidafwijking die op volwassen leeftijd optreedt.
Behandeling hoeft niet, maar kan plaatsvinden met behulp van vloeibaar stikstof (cryotherapie), door (shave-)excisie) of door wegschrapen met een scherpe lepel (curettage).
